oldest established firm in Residential Lettings in Dorset. As a
locally run family firm we offer our landlords the security of a

We are not a firm of Estate Agents with a small 'letting
department' but we are a dynamic and locally based firm dealing
only with residential lettings. Every property we manage
has a Personal Property Manager based in our Bournemouth Head
Office who, when the property is let, will be the named single
point of contact for both Landlords and Tenants thereby ensuring
familiarity with the property, ease of communication and a
prompt response to calls.
