WHAT DOES YOUR RENT INCLUDE ?
With
furnished lettings the Landlord will usually pay the Water &
Sewerage Rates, Insurance premiums for the Building and the
Landlords contents, any ground rent and property maintenance costs -
all subject to any liabilities you may have under your Tenancy
Agreement. With unfurnished lettings, and where there is metered
water, you will usually pay the Water and Sewerage Rates - always
check the position with our Negotiators. With both furnished or
unfurnished lettings, you are always responsible for the Council
Tax.
Payment of Rent
Your rent is normally due monthly in advance by Standing Order (on
the same date each month as the date on which your letting
commenced) and this will be dated three days earlier than the rent
day to allow for the delay in bank transmission time: late payment
may incur surcharges.
How Can We Help
We aim to provide a high level of service and assistance and to be
as helpful as possible: although occasionally we may not immediately
be able to provide the accommodation you require, we can usually do
so given a few days..
